Privacy policy
Settings and function of our website
This website uses persistent cookies to enable the use of certain functions (e.g. log-in, shopping cart, language settings). We do not use these cookies for recognition and do not link them to personal data. We will ask you whether you allow us to perform advanced analysis. This is also saved as a persistent cookie. You can revoke your consent at any time.
Depending on how you contact us, we process different information about you.
Google services
We use the following services provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google provides its own information about their data processing: www.google.com/privacypolicy.html
- Tag Manager
If you have agreed to the extended analysis, the Tag Manager will be loaded. We use it to manage and trigger Google Analytics. The Tag Manager itself does not use cookies, does not collect any personal data and does not access any personal data.
- Google Analytics
If the Tag Manager is loaded, it will load Google Analytics. We have activated IP anonymization. The service provides us with information about technology, behaviour, demographic and geographical characteristics of website visitors. This information cannot be assigned to a specific person. With the exception of anonymous benchmarking, we have deactivated the advanced functions of Google Marketing Tools and have concluded a contract with Google for data processing.
- YouTube
We have linked YouTube videos and not embedded them. Your data will only be transferred when you click on the video button.
Access data
Our provider stores data about access to the website. These server logs are stored for seven days and automatically deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of abuse, as well as for troubleshooting.
Bürkle stores contact data of the contact persons in the ERP system. Only employees who need to use this data have access to them. The legal basis for this is the legitimate interest of Bürkle and the business partner in the execution of the contract. If you object to this processing, we may not be able to fulfil the contract. The objection should therefore be accompanied by the naming of the responsible contact person.
Furthermore, we use your data for targeted advertising of our products. You can informally object to this use at any time.
In principle, your data will remain in our company. Catalogues are assembled on our behalf by Packen & Schicken Service GmbH, Mutterstadt and handed over to postal service providers. We keep our contact data up to date and only delete them if they are invalid or if you request it.
Your data will only be processed for the purpose of determining your suitability to fill positions at Bürkle GmbH.
We will not delete your application documents until five months after filling the position in order to be able to defend ourselves against any claims.
There is no automated decision making including profiling.
You have a right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of the processing of your data and, where applicable, data transferability.
If you object to a certain processing, we will check whether we can grant your request and inform you about our steps in this regard. Legal storage obligations could potentially prevent this.
If you revoke a given consent, we will delete your personal data immediately. This does not apply to Google Analytics, as we are not able to allocate individual data and therefore cannot delete them specifically. Of course, no further data will be sent to Google from the time of revocation.
